Meet Joy.

I am a happily married wife and mother of two hilarious children. I am a survivor of severe postpartum depression. About My Work:

Engaging with babies, birth folks, partners and siblings to build a holistic family approach to postpartum support is my purpose. Cooking meals in the family home is one way I enjoy providing physical support. A comforting meal can be quite powerful. I draw wisdom from my lived experiences, my training and my network of birth workers to provide outstanding care.

One form of emotional support I offer is a “check in”. During your “check in” I create space for you to discuss what you witness and what you are wrestling with. I believe it is a privilege to be chosen to observe each family move from varying degrees of surviving towards thriving in their Fourth Trimester.
